Excellent service, respectful while in home, efficiently completed job, good instructions for blue tooth for using new HVAC. The job was completed very timely. Scott and his team did exceptional work. My mother-in-law has a converted attic. There is no insulation between the roof and the converted sleeping space, so it gets very hot in the summer. As a result, this area was way too hot for comfortably sleeping. Scott installed a 115-V Daikin mini-split. We got bids from 3 different vendors before pulling the trigger. We were most impressed with Scott's knowledge and thorough explanation of various ways in which he would hide the line and address the rather old nature of the house (built in 1877). He got us on the schedule quickly and the work was completed in one day. From the curb (not shown here) the line from the attic is visible (as would be expected) but aesthetically pleasing and routed well (looks like a rain gutter). We have been sleeping in the area for the past few days and the size of the mini-split (12k BTU) is perfect for the space. The stream of air is pleasant, cool, and extremely quiet. We could not be happier with this install and the very competitive price and quality of work completed. The name is legit an exact representation of who this company is! I was traveling for work and got a text on Friday night from my renters about an AC unit going out in June, you can imagine how stressful that would be… When I called them on Saturday, they were so helpful and rearranging their schedule to get a tech out there on Saturday! They went through a series of diagnostics, and what I loved so much is they did everything in their power to troubleshoot, and make sure that we could get the system up and running,  my current AC unit had some years underneath it.. it was determined that we did everything we could, but I needed a new compressor. What I loved was their pricing was so competitive! Honestly, you can tell that these guys really care about going above and beyond, but they’re not gonna be the type that like try to charge you overhead cost, they really wanna make sure that you have an incredible experience.   and then secondly what I loved, they left a portable AC unit for my renters so that they wouldn’t stress out! That was so helpful! And third, can we talk about how amazing they work is You get a 20 year warranty guarantee with the equipment And 5 year work warranty from their company (included in the install) You don’t see that nowadays, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
